“over hyped” lol that is so funny on so many levels
. . .
Heheheh. Diety Fraudulance.
True, true…
And IMPril! Can’t wait! I’m all ready with my Pain picture on my profile.
My profile picture is Infection.
Poor poor Jesus!
Mine is Luci 😀 cause there was no bottle
Thanks for a brown guy with curly hair, I like realism in portraying our head dude since it’s highly doubtful his mom was milk skinned and flaxen haired. Though since no-one’s ever seen the father…
@Golux – Wait until Monday. “Who’s y’ daddy,” will take on a whole new vibe.
Gloob!
@DA – I do likes me some onomatopoeia goodness.
Btw, on the last panel, wasn’t the aura supposed to be green instead of yellow?
@Aletheya – I think it’s just the way the colors mix. Because the auras are not solid, whatever behind then impacts the actual hue. So the wall and all will impact it.
Of course, it could just be that horrible flock wallpaper is sapping Conrad’s aura’s will to exist.
Hm. Well, you’re probably right about that wallpaper. It looks like something out of a nightmare! Don’t they have proper decorators in heaven?
They spent all of their money on corporeal bodies, and left the decorating for later.
My priest would die if he caught me laughing at this.
And yet I laughed and laughed and laughed
As you may or may not know, we here at LPI do extensive research when working on strips.
There’s an interesting story behind the look. Obviously, as we saw the last time we visited Heaven, Mr. G. likes to changing things up from time to time… usually after he’s been watching movies.
However, things are really much more mundane on a daily basis. Most of the efforts tend to go towards the work, rather than the decor. The last time they decorated was the summer of 1971. And I know what you’re thinking… but the time before that was 1322. When you’re busy running… well… pretty much EVERYTHING… it’s just that… the wall paper seems pretty insignificant.
…
Wow. I had NOT thought of that. That’s kinda amusing. (I’m thinking it was all pretty much a plan to begin with…somehow. Or something. Or they’re just all on the same team or they were some buds of his or something.)
