While there can be the occasional fan-frenzy-stampede, I have to say, I absolutely love the folks who attend comic cons. There are obviously a few who stand out as being less than delightful (and the Imps are all over those people) the majority are just awesome. Many have been amazingly kind and generous when I’ve met them and it always surprises me when they ask me to sign a comic.
Just don’t get between them and the Battlestar Galactica Panel.

Ya know, now that I think about it, Stan Lee’s gonna be at Baltimore this year…this scenario will probably happen. O.O…
I was asked this year if I knew where the Fake Stan Lee was. Seriously.
Luci is starting to appear kinda scared now.
At some point I’ll be able to make the trip across country to visit SDCC – but for now – DragonCon is my con – and it’s . . . less cohesive.
I hate stampedes. I’ve been hit by one. was going up some stairs and some little swear word squealed and said she saw Nathan Fillion (the liar…) and I almost got thrown down the stairs from people trying to get past to find him.
I keep meaning to try and get out to Dragon Con. It sounds like a blast from what I’ve heard.
Great comic! Great art! But, I’m sorry… I cannot relate to anything depicted in this comic whatsoever. That fanboy frenzy just doesn’t seem remotely realistic.
(You know it’s Opposite Day, right? Just checking.)
I really am going to have to try that.
@CABolton – You still have the nightmares, don’t you. The thundering feet. The high keening SQUEEEEing. And suddenly, you’re awake, bolt-upright in bed, covered in cold sweat.
Or is that just me?
(Thanks…. and welcome)
