The First Thanksgiving #03

It’s true…. just like children can see the Imps the way they are, because they haven’t built up the “That can’t possibly be what it looks like” filters, the overly pious are equally sensitive to seeing our heroes in their true form.

Of course, sometimes they see the work of Mr. D. in places where they don’t exist, like humorously named ice-cream flavors…. or TV shows…. or shopping malls.

TV Shows… You’re Right… Spongebob Squarepants is the Devil!

at least according to my room-mates 4 year old anyway. he was over at a friends house and the various kids were deciding on what cartoon to watch and Spongebob’s name came up and he didn’t want to watch that show, when asked why, he proudly (and loudly) exclaimed that “Spongbob is the Devil!” needless to say, they didn’t watch that show, and Heather got a call shortly thereafter about it. we all got a kick out of it.

Speaking of ice cream. The store I work at had to take away the Ben & Jerry’s “Schweddy Balls” ice cream because someone complained when she saw it. Some people just have no sense of humor…

I may or may not have been specifically referencing a certain ice cream that I cannot find ANYWHERE.

To be honest, it doesn’t sound that appealing to me, but I wanna buy it because some yahoo thinks I shouldn’t.
